BizCollab operates strictly as an introductory digital directory connecting Australian businesses ("Industry Leaders") with independent technology professionals ("AI Specialists"). We are not a technology agency, an employer, a recruiter, or a party to any subsequent contracts.
We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the products, services, code, or technical solutions offered by AI Specialists.
We do not verify the complete truth, budget accuracy, or technical viability of the operational "Hurdles" posted by Industry Leaders.
The payment of an "Unlock Fee" grants access to platform information and an introductory communication channel; it does not guarantee a response, a meeting, or a successful project contract.
2. The "Verified" Badge Status
BizCollab may issue a "Verified" badge to certain AI Specialists. This badge indicates exclusively that the specialist has provided BizCollab with an active Australian Business Number (ABN), technical credentials (such as a portfolio or GitHub link), and proof of independent Professional Indemnity Insurance at the time of verification. The collection of these technical credentials does not constitute an audit, warranty, or endorsement by BizCollab of their coding proficiency, business practices, or suitability for any specific Hurdle. Users must conduct their own independent due diligence.
3. Internal Messaging & Data Security
BizCollab provides an internal messaging feature solely for initial, high-level project scoping and introductions. Users are explicitly advised not to share proprietary intellectual property (IP), sensitive corporate data, client databases, or system passwords within this chat interface. We take no responsibility for the loss, theft, or exposure of confidential information voluntarily shared by users within the platform's introductory messaging system.
4. Project Outcomes & Off-Platform Contracts
Once an initial introduction is made, all subsequent negotiations, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), financial transactions, and project execution must occur off-platform directly between the Industry Leader and the AI Specialist. BizCollab accepts no liability for any loss, project delays, software failures, or legal disputes that arise from engagements initiated through the Site.
